We founded Spiritual Splash LLC with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. 1. Refunds are issued on a case by case bases.
2. We only accept Debit/Credit cards via our website. If you would like to use another form of payment not offered on our website please use our FB page (Spiritual Splash Inc) for order inquiry.
3. We will ship your order within 1-3 business days. If within Birmingham area we will deliver with an extra fee. 
4. Customer satisfaction is our number 1 goal. If you have any issues with a product we will be happy to assist within reasonable measures.

**5. IMPORTANT! TO ENSURE YOU RECEIVE THE BEST QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS, WE WILL NOT SHIP BODY BUTTERS DURING THE WARMER MONTHS (April-Oct). BODY BUTTERS WILL ONLY BE AVAILABE FOR ORDERS THAT ARE LOCAL OR PICK UP. ANY SHIPPING ORDERS THAT ORDER BODY BUTTER WILL RECEIVE BODY CREAM INSTEAD!
